Gift with Purchase Offer (“Offer”)


Offer Period

Offer begins at 12:00:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) on June 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on July 31, 2026 (“Offer Period”). Submissions must be received by 11:59:59 PM CT on July 31, 2026. No submission will be accepted after July 31, 2026.

Geographic Scope and Eligibility

Offer open only to Repair Shops that purchase a $1,000 worth of Castrol full-synthetic products, as set forth on the Qualifying Product List* below, through NAPA located in the 50 United States (“US”) and District of Columbia (“DC”), excluding Rhode Island (“Eligible Repair Shop”).

To be eligible for this Offer, entrants must be legal residents of the 50 US or DC excluding RI, who are at least 18 years of age (or 19 if a resident of AL or NE), and are employed at an Eligible Repair Shop at the time of submission (each, an “Eligible Entrant”). Void in RI and where prohibited or restricted by law. Offer is not open to the general public. A valid email address at an Eligible Repair Shop is required to participate in this Offer.

Qualifying Purchase Requirements

To qualify to receive a Castrol Whiskey Glass set that contains two (2) whiskey glasses, coasters and whiskey rocks (collectively, the “Reward”), Eligible Entrants must make a purchase in a single transaction of $1,000 or more worth of qualifying Castrol full-synthetic products during the Offer Period (a “Qualifying Purchase”). No substitution or cash alternative for any Reward. Limit one (1) Reward per Eligible Repair Shop during the entire Offer Period.

How to Submit the Offer to receive a Reward

To submit an Offer to receive your Reward, upon making a Qualifying Purchase, Eligible Entrants can scan the QR code found at an Eligible Repair Shop, open the landing page and (1) fill out all required information on the form, (2) upload a clear image of your invoice/receipt showing the following elements (all elements required to be eligible): (a) the Eligible Repair Shop where the Qualifying Purchase was made, (b) date of Qualifying Purchase; and (c) the brand and product of the Qualifying Purchase; and (3) submit the completed form. All forms must be submitted by 11:59:59 PM CT on July 31, 2026, to be eligible to receive a Reward. Upon receipt of the form and verification of eligibility and that all of the above requirements have been met, Sponsor will mail the Reward to the Eligible Repair Shop address provided on the completed Offer form. Allow six (6) weeks to receive the Reward. Sponsor is not responsible for any technical glitches or any other glitches associated with its failure to receive a Reward. Rewards are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. If you do not receive your Reward within six (6) weeks after submitting your complete Offer form, please call 1-888-CASTROL.

Incomplete forms, including but not limited to, any form submitted without proof of a Qualifying Purchase meeting the eligibility requirements above will be denied, subject to Sponsor’s sole discretion, except where prohibited by law. PO Boxes are not allowed. Use of fictitious names, multiple addresses (email or physical) by a single entrant, P.O. Boxes, bots, script, macros, any automated or illegitimate means of submission to fraudulently manipulate the Offer is a violation of federal law and may result in prosecution. Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, may refuse to award a Reward if it believes that an entrant in any way attempted to manipulate or otherwise violate these terms and conditions. Trading or selling proof of Qualifying Purchase is prohibited. Sponsor is not responsible for misdirected, lost or late electronic submissions, technical malfunctions, network failures, system errors, incomplete data, or inability to access the submission website or QR code. Incomplete or illegible requests will not be honored. All submissions will become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. This Offer cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. Rewards are not transferable or refundable. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdirected, returned or damaged mailing of any Reward, which will not be replaced. This Offer may not be published in any blog or publication, electronic or printed, without written permission from Sponsor. Sponsor may amend, modify, suspend or terminate this Offer, in whole or in part, at any time, without notice at its sole discretion, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor’s total liability will not exceed the Reward’s approximate retail value. Rewards are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, the Reward or the rights and obligations of each Eligible Entrant, Sponsor or its affiliates in connection with this Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other laws. Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts in Harris County, Texas.
