Castrol RFK Q1 2026 Promotion

Promotion Summary (Refer to Full Official Rules for details): The Promotion consists of a rebate offer and a sweepstakes, as described below in the Official Rules.

How It Works:

Promotion Period:  The Promotion begins at 12:00:01 AM Central Time (“CT”) on December 21, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on March 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period").  For the Rebate and automatic entry for the Sweepstakes, purchase of an Eligible Product from a Qualifying Retailer or Workshop must be completed by March 31, 2026, and submission received by April 30, 2026. For the free method of entry for the Sweepstakes, all entries must be postmarked by March 31, 2026, and received by April 30, 2026.
Eligible Products: Castrol GTX Full Synthetic, Castrol GTX Full Synthetic High Mileage, Castrol EDGE, Castrol EDGE High Mileage, Castrol EDGE Extended Performance, Castrol EDGE Euro
Qualifying Retailer or Workshop:

Business or workshops that operate one or more physical retail locations open to the public, and
Processes the transaction directly through its own point-of-sale system or its own branded website, and
Does not act primarily as an online marketplace or platform for third-party sellers.

For clarity, a business that operates a marketplace or platform for multiple sellers shall not be considered a Qualifying Retailer with respect to any purchases made through that marketplace or platform interface.

The Rebate: $10 Cash back via Venmo or Paypal. Having a Venmo or Paypal account is required to receive the rebate.

Purchase Requirement: One (1) 5 Qt. Jug OR Five (5) 1 Qt. bottles OR Oil Change, of any Castrol full-synthetic motor oil from the list of Eligible Products from a Qualifying Retailer or Workshop as defined above.
To receive your Rebate: Visit www.castrolpromotion.com (“Website”) and follow the directions to complete and submit an official entry form, including uploading a copy of the original receipt showing the location (including address), specific eligible product, price paid, receipt total and date of purchase (which must be made during the Promotion Period).
Once verified, entrants will receive $10 PayPal or Venmo cash back (“Rebate”). Having a Venmo or Paypal account is required to receive the Rebate. Valid proof of purchase or oil change clearly showing the Eligible Product purchased at a Qualifying Retailer or Workshop is required.

Sweepstakes Grand Prize: 

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about May 20, 2026. Grand Prize includes Two(2) VIP Tickets to meet the RFK race team at a 2026 Race of their choice, between August 1,2026 and November 30, 2026. Includes Airfare & Three-Night Hotel Accommodations, VIP Tickets which include, Seats in the Pit Box, Garage Tour, Hauler Tour, Meet & Greet with RFK Team driver, ARV = $2,500. Ground Transportation to and from airports and Event venue and meals are not included. Refer to Official Rules on www.castrolpromotion.com for details

 The Sweepstakes: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER SWEEPSTAKES. Successfully verified Rebate submissions are automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. See full Official Rules for details. To enter without purchase, handprint your full name, street address, city, state and zip code, day and evening telephone numbers (including area codes), and e-mail address on a 3"x5" postcard/paper and mail in a #10 sealed envelope with proper postage affixed to: Castrol RFK Q1 2026 Sweepstakes, c/o Arrowhead Promotion & Fulfillment Co., Inc., P.O. Eligibility: BP Lubricants USA Inc.’s Castrol RFK Q1 2026 Promotion (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island and, who are 18 years of age or older (or 19 for residents of NE & AL) (“Entrant”). Void in RI and where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.

LIMITS: One (1) entry per person, household or address during the Promotion Period, regardless of the method of entry. Multiple entries received for any person will be void. The brand of Castrol motor oil must be indicated on your receipt. Use of fictitious names or addresses to fraudulently obtain additional offer of redemption is a violation of federal law and may result in prosecution and a term of imprisonment, fine or both. Trading or selling proof-of-purchase is strictly prohibited. Requests from clubs, groups, and organizations will not be honored. Bulk submissions or submissions by service facilities on behalf of consumers are not permitted. This offer may not be published in any publication without written permission from BP Lubricants USA Inc. This Rebate offer cannot be combined with any other Castrol Motor Oil offers or rebates. Once submitted, an entry cannot be deleted, canceled, or modified. All entries become the property of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void all entries of an entrant who submits more than the one permitted entry, or who the Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with, influence, or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper entry into the Sweepstakes.
